Mitired 40mm thick frame over the hob area and the raised island top were made from Laminex ‘Sublime Teak’ High pressure laminate ensuring it will endure day to day family usage – The window position was perfect for this kitchen installation and by using the window sill, extra depth was utilised in the stone tops. Recessed LED strips provides additional task lighting over this area when the sun has gone down.
‘Black’ Melteca was used for cabinetry with powdercoated black handles and a black ‘Elleci’ composite bowl simplify the colour palate of the space. Without going to the expense of an integrated Fridge, the use of a black fridge complements this kitchen perfectly.
